Change between Edit and Preview modes by clicking the buttons on the top left of the screen. You can edit the Blocks like this one by clicking the “EDIT” icon at the top of the Block. A General Block can have text, images and links within it. To create a link, highlight the text you would like to use as a link and click on the Link icon to enter a target web page or address.
